World Cup Season Resumes Tomorrow at Holmenkollen

The World Cup biathlon season gets back underway with the Men’s Sprint competition tomorrow at 8:00 Eastern, 5:00 Pacific.

Following a break after the World Championships, the biathlon circuit is now at Holmenkollen for the third-last event of the year.

97 Men are on the start list for the competition, with Lowell Bailey kicking thinks off in bib 1. Tim Burke (bib 6), JP Le Guellec (bib 11), Leif Nordgren (bib 43), Scott Perras (bib 47), Scott Gow (bib 59), Russell Currier (bib 70) and Sean Doherty (bib 89) will be competing as well.

Several notable athletes will not be racing, including Emil Hegle Svendsen and most of the top Russian athletes who are preparing for the World Cups in Sochi and Khanty Mansiysk.
