The IBU World Championships begin tomorrow from Nove Mesto Na Morave with the Mixed Relay competition.
The World Championships are the highlight of the season both for the number of teams and competitors who enter, and also because the top athletes are all trying their best to win each medal on the biggest stage.
For tomorrow’s Mixed Relay there are 27 teams entered, only three away from full capacity! Here is the start list for the competition, which begins at 11:30 Eastern, 8:30 Pacific.
The Canadian team of Rosanna Crawford, Megan Heinicke, JP Le Guellec and Scott Perras are in bib 16 and the US team of Annalies Cook, Susan Dunklee, Lowell Bailey and Leif Nordgren is in bib 17.
After the Mixed Relay the World Championships continue with the Sprint competitions on the 9th; Pursuits on the 10th; the Women’s and Men’s Individual competitions on the 13th and 14th; Women’s and Men’s Relays on the 15th and 16th and the Mass Starts on the 17th.
